In 2016 the Newcastle Falcons ended at the bottom of the league. Following this the team asked us to revitalise their brand, push social and help develop an app for their fans. After various brand developments a new style was created and adapted for their social.
I was tasked with pushing the creation and development of the app using interviews, surveys, wire-framing and Adobe XD. After meeting with various fans and end users I developed rough wireframes on both paper and then XD. Usability testing helped develop the wire-frames until a more robust design emerged. Following this initial visual concepts were created and then a usable version with walkthroughs helped to bring the concept to life. A final video brought the entire pitch together for client presentation.
The final aspect was a redesign of the user experience for both the website and largely forgotten app. The new app design was developed to enhance the user experience, this process was done via initial rough wire-frames on Adobe XD followed by a developed hi-res design for testing and showcasing  to the client.
The aim of the below video was to lead stakeholders through a typical end users journey and highlight future opportunities/developments.
